Investment Monitoring & Reporting

In general, ProManage performs quarterly fund monitoring of PROgram managed accounts and applies two performance criteria in evaluating fund performance:

We want the funds we use to be in the upper 50% of peer results when reviewed on both a nominal and risk-adjusted basis. If a fund fails one criterion, it goes on a watch list with no action required. If it fails both, the fund should be replaced. We work directly with the plan sponsor and their external investment consultant, if applicable, on the replacement process.

ProManage usually provides quarterly reporting to PROgram clients, which includes participant utilization data. It also shows investment performance for two sample portfolios: the default 60/40 allocation, and the maximum equity allocation (90%).

ProManage is also willing to participate in person or by phone in any Investment Committee meetings to provide information on PROgram results.
