In a typical design for a plan sponsor:

The PROgram is an all-or-none election. ProManage manages all of a participant's plan account or none of it because we are the fiduciary for their investments.

Existing participants can opt-in on the first day of any calendar quarter and can opt-out at any time.

New participants will immediately be placed in a 60% equity/ 40% fixed income allocation until individual allocations are calculated and implemented at the next scheduled recalculation.

The PROgram typically is available to both participating current employees and retired/terminated employees who keep balances in the plan.
