Plan Execution

The most important aspect of plan execution is the communication between ProManage and the client. Each partner in the process takes on certain responsibilities, and only through good communication can each partner be held accountable.

When executing a delivery plan, each task is tracked so both partners are informed as to progress made and any problems encountered that might affect the delivery date. If problems arise, they can be worked on, and worked out, jointly.

As an example, a wave of flu hits a plan sponsor just when employee meetings are to be held. What do you do? Postpone meetings? Postpone delivery? These are questions that should be answered through consultation between the client and ProManage.

We believe it is worth the time and effort to work with us to implement a customized solution that better fits the plan, participants, and organization.
